Changes and Updates since v1.51:

  • Worked around several bugs in the Treo 650/Tungsten T5 device, please see our website for further information on these devices
  • Added generic exclusion for file open and corrupt errors
  • Removed the option to include old PIM databases. 3rd Party PIM authors now have a better solution that rendered this option obsolete
  • Fixed display problem with filenames during individual file restore

  • Added generic exclusion for 0x2501 errors. This should solve all outstanding Tungsten T3 "skin" file problems
  • Added option to include "old" PIM databases in the backup set. This option is for advanced users of 3rd party replacement apps ONLY.

  • Workaround conflict with 3rd party "skin" files for Tungsten T3 devices

  • Removed workaround for backing up files that are being held open in exclusive mode. BackupMan will again warn you on these files.

  • Fixed compatibility issue with Palm's "Tungsten Audio Patch"
  • Fixed problem where changing daily schedule time would _always_ set schedule starting next day
  • Fixed a problem where BackupMan couldn't restore a file if it existed in the device's ROM
  • Fixed problem where device would power off after every HotSync operation
  • Fixed "show next backup time" code to look at which days backups are supposed to occur

  • Fixed problem with BackupMan expiring on 2003-01-15. BackupMan will not expire again. Sorry everyone, it was left over from our beta testing.
