RESTrick Control Panel is a powerful tool that help you tune your Windows
system and enforce security and protection for all of your files.
With the help of the RESTrick Control panel you can quickly tune your
Windows system to your exact needs. RESTrick allows you to install
different restrictions on your system so you can control the access
to your computer.
The RESTrick Control Panel will allow you to work with user profiles. You
can tune each profile separately in accordance with your own procedures and
you can also setup a default user profile, the profile that will be used if
the user wants to skip the login dialog (in case of Windows 9x or WinME).
The RESTrick Control panel can help you to enforce security and protection
for all of your files.
You can access the RESTrick Control Panel from the Windows Control Panel.
Also, registered version will allow you to protect RESTrick with a password.
Usually you received this version of Restrick in a ZIP file
(for example, REST2.ZIP). You can install it as follows:
RESTrick Control Panel organized as the dialog with the Tabs.
Switching between them realized with the left-arrow and the
right-arrow buttons at the right-top corner of the tab control
(Tip: you can switch by the Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab at the keyboard).
Each of the tab handles one particular side of Windows.
It contains the controls and defines appropriate behavior settings
in the Windows.
RESTrick works as a standard Windows application - you can select some
options in the tabs but they will not be accepted until you'll have
pressed "Apply" or "OK".
Tabs can open additional sub-dialogs with detailed settings,
like on the picture below:
RESTrick is automatically detecting your Operation System and displays
the only tabs that make sense (for example, when you're running
Windows NT you'll not see the tab that defines booting in Windows 95).
To change the profile you are working with click at the left-bottom
flat button. As it is shown in the picture below you'll see the menu
with the list of all available profiles on this computer. The two
topmost special options are:
Current - is a profile you were logged with.

from the "My Computer" on the desktop, select "Add/Remove Programs"
and press the ENTER key. From the list of installed components
select RESTrick Control Panel, click "Add/Remove" button and follow the
instructions displayed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before uninstall be sure to close Control Panel since
